have luxury self catering apartments available for couples.
These units are all South facing and are situated to the west of the Clawford visitors centre amongst the
Orchards
& vineyards for absolute peace & quiet.
All units have beautiful panoramic views
over Clawfords 78 acres.
The village of Clawton can be seen
to the West.
On clear days Bodmin Moor can be seen to the South West.

Wanda's lake is located a few meters to the
front of the Duplex Units.
The Duplex units are set back from each other and staggered so they do not overlook
each other & to ensure maximum privacy.
Each unit
contains, a fully tiled bathroom, a well equipped kitchen/diner and spacious bed/sitting
room.
For the safety of the occupants, smoke
detectors are fitted in all apartments.

The fully carpeted bed/sitting room is based
on a typical five star hotel suite. They are equipped with comfortable sofas.
Some rooms have high backed, leather sofas & some rooms contain hand carved
teak/mahogany, reproduction antique
sofas.
The rooms include, bedside tables,
a dressing table with mirror and a chair, chest of drawers, coffee table and a
digital color
Television.

The televisions are 32", remote
controlled, digital, LCD Widescreen Color TV's, and receive all the digital 'Free-view'
digital TV channels,
as well as digital radio
stations.
The
electrical heating with adjustable
thermostats can make your apartment as warm & as cozy as you like.
All windows and external doors are double glazed
and are fitted with
good quality chord drawn curtains.

The fully equipped Kitchens are fitted out
with real wood, floor standing and wall mounted, Oak units and a double stainless steel sink.
Each kitchen contains a full
size stainless steel electric oven with a grill, a four ring hob, a toaster, a microwave
& a separate fridge and a freezer.
The cooker hood contains a filter and an extraction fan.
The
dining area contains a dining table and two chairs.

The bath room
is tiled from floor to ceiling & contains a corner shower, corner toilet and a wash hand basin.
A heated
towel rail and a shaver / mirror light is also included.
The bath room
has a halogen down light in the shower, a mirror light and a main central light.

Queen Anne bed.

period Rococo Bed with matching bedside cabinets.
The remaining first floor apartment Swallow, is Standard Duplex unit fitted out with 6' Double beds with edge sprung
mattresses.
All first floor units contain King sized
double beds, bedside tables & bedside table lights.

table & two chairs to relax on.
Ideal for a late night bottle of wine or
that special alfresco meal.
The first floor units
are accessed at the rear up a flight of steps.

Access to the Ground
floor units is to the front of the units.
Ground floor apartments contain two 3' divan
beds, bedside table and bedside table lights.
Ground floor units have outside lights and a
double bench seat to relax on.
The patio area looks out
over Wanda's Lake, Orchards & vineyards.

Selected male parties will be accommodated
in ground floor units only in Badger, Fox, Red Deer and Hare.
There are plenty of parking places at the rear of
the Duplex Units.
Fishing gear can be stowed in cupboards at the rear of
the units on the ground floor.

The rear of the units also have
breathtaking views over fields and down to the river Claw with a backdrop of the 2,500 acre Holsworthy woods .
Apple Blossom time is usually the
last two week in May and the first week in June.
In the evening, sit out and enjoy the quiet with a glass of
wine and watch
the Barn Owls hunting in the orchards and fields as the sun sets.
