This mature 3.5 acre lake is one of most popular lakes at Clawford. Fletchers Lake is situated only 40 yards in front of the accommodation and breakfast area and is only 8 yards from the disabled self catering unit. The lake can be seen from the beer garden and Patio Area. This lake is the closest to the main car park. |

Fletcher's Lake has a brick built bridge to the East and has three islands & ranges from 2 to 12 feet deep. The margins and islands have a good covering of Reeds and Rushes. The South bank has four purpose-built swims nestling in the bulrushes and has plenty of cover. |

This lake has a lot of underwater features, including sunken islands and deep wide trenches. Fletcher's Lake contains a large quantity of the famous Clawford Ghost Carp, mostly doubles to +30 lbs. together with large Koi Carp, Barbel, Rudd and specimen Roach and Dace. |

Fletchers Lake is the only lake on the Clawford Complex where you can fish for Specimen Ghost Carp. During 2007, Fletchers Lake Produced 27 Ghost Carp over 20 lb. |
