Clawford Lakes

Fourteen of Clawford's seventeen lakes are available for fishing exclusively by residents.

Three are available for day tickets.

DAY TICKETS

The day ticket lakes are 'Pole Fishing Lake 1', Pole Fishing Lake 2', and 'Rowe's Lake'.

Rowe's Lake is about 4 .5 acres.

The PFL's are about half an acre each.

The three day ticket lakes are available from dawn until dusk at a cost of £7 per person for one rod. Two rods £14 per person.

To avoid an unnecessary journey, please phone before for day ticket availability before arriving.

Day ticket anglers must report to the bait shop, before fishing.

All day ticket anglers must park in the designated car parking area adjacent to Pole Fishing Lake 1 & Fletchers Lake.

BARBED HOOKS ARE BANNED.

KEEP NETS ARE BANNED.

CARP SACKS ARE BANNED.

FISH MUTILATION IS BANNED.

LITTER IS BANNED.

PLASTIC BAIT IS BANNED.

CAT FOOD (MEAT) IS BANNED.

 ORGANIZED CLUB MATCHES.

Organises Club Matches can be booked on Rowe's Lake throughout the year. Rowe's Lake is a 48 peg lake with the pegs spaced at 10 meters. 

Match Angling Clubs may book to fish, PFL1 lake or PFL 2 Lake at a cost of 5 pounds per person per rod. 

Match Anglers must have two keep nets. One Carp friendly and the other for silver fish. Fish over 3 lbs. are NOT to be put into keep nets.

All match anglers must park in the designated car parking area adjacent to Pole Fishing Lake 1 & Fletchers Lake.

There is no night fishing. Fishing is from dawn to dusk.

Toilet facilities are situated in the House or Visitors' centre. 

Showers are also available at a small charge.

Clawford's ‘Rules & Code of Conduct’ must be observed at all times. Including :-

Anyone found disregarding the Rules will be escorted off site and placed on a Black List.
