Fourteen of Clawford's sixteen lakes are only available for fishing exclusively by residents.
DAY TICKETS
Throughout the year, day tickets are available on the two Pole Fishing Lakes at £7 per person for one rod.
JR's Lake will be available for day tickets between 1st October until 31st. March from dawn until dusk at a cost of £7 per person for one rod. Two rods £12 per person.
Another 2 acre day ticket lake is being planned. If every thing goes to plan, Rowes Lake will be available for day tickets in 2009.
ORGANIZED CLUB MATCHES.
Organises Club Matches can be booked with Clawford anytime of the year. Matches can be booked for periods between October 1st. and March 31st, from dawn to dusk.
Match Angling Clubs may book to fish 'JR's Lake' , PFL1 lake or PFL 2 Lake at a cost of 5 pounds per person per rod.
Keep net's may be used provided they are Carp friendly and fish over 3 lbs. are NOT put in keep nets.
All match anglers must park in the designated car parking area adjacent to Pole Fishing Lake 1 & Fletchers Lake.
Toilet facilities are situated in the House or Visitors' centre.
There is no night fishing.
Showers are also available at a small charge.
Clawford's ‘Rules & Code of Conduct’ must be observed at all times. Including :-
BARBED HOOKS ARE BANNED.
KEEP NETS ARE BANNED.
CARP SACKS ARE BANNED.
FISH MUTILATION IS BANNED.
LITTER IS BANNED.
PLASTIC BAIT IS BANNED.
CAT FOOD (MEAT) IS BANNED.
Anyone found disregarding the Rules will be escorted off site and placed on a Black List.
