Two Bedroom Luxury self catering lodges.

The Clawford luxury self catering Units, all have superb views.

We have six, two bedroom luxury self catering lodges available.

All units have a large lounge with French windows, a superb well equipped Kitchen / dining room, two bed rooms &  three bath rooms.

All lodges are electrically heated with adjustable thermostats to make the apartment as warm & as cosy as you like.

Lodges are set back from each other & staggered so they do not overlook each other to ensure absolute privacy, peace & quiet.

The ground floor lodge next to Fletchers Lake has been designed to accommodate disabled people & has easy access to the lake with a disabled swim.

The door of this lodge is less than 25' from Fletchers Lake.

Each lounge is fitted with wall to wall fitted carpets, a comfortable high backed leather chesterfield sofa, Teak/mahogany hand carved, reproduction antique furniture, a wide screen, stereo, remote controlled colour TV and coffee table.

An electric heater is fitted in the lounge.

Kitchens/Dining rooms are fitted throughout with real wood, Oak, base and wall units.

It contains a dish washer, full size electric oven, four ring halogen hob, fridge, freezer, microwave and a cooker hood fan.

The dining area contains a table and four chairs.

The First floor Units contain a Double, en-suite bed room and a twin, en-suite bedroom.

As a minimum, Bedrooms contain bed side cabinets & a chest of drawers.

The sitting room has French windows, opening out onto a Balcony to relax on.

Each unit has three bath rooms. One off the lounge and one off each bedroom.

All bathrooms have large, glass sided, shower units, a toilet and a basin.

The Lounge & the main bedroom bathrooms have large glass sided, double sized showers.

The second bedroom contains a triangular, glass sided corner shower.

All Ground floor units are suitable for the disabled. 'Lakeside' unit is suitable for the severely disabled.

Sitting rooms have French windows which open out onto a Patio area to relax in, looking out onto the gardens.

Some lounges contain a comfortable pull down, single beds to accommodate a maximum of 5 people.

Smoke detectors are fitted in all lodges for the safety of the occupants.

All lodges are strictly NO SMOKING. 

Selected all male parties will be accommodated in the ground floor lodges only.
