We have luxury self catering apartments available for couples, including two, first floor, super deluxe units.
Apartments contain, fully tiled bathroom, kitchen/diner and bed/sitting room. They are electrically heated with adjustable thermostats to make the apartment as warm & as cozy as you like.
All apartments are light and airy and are fitted with double glazed windows and doors.
The Duplex units are situated to the west of the visitors centre amongst the orchards & vineyards, away from the two bedroom self catering units for maximum peace & quiet.
Located only a few meters from Wanda's Lake, apartments are set back from each other and staggered so they do not overlook each other & to ensure absolute privacy, peace & quiet
First floor units contain large double beds.
They have a private balcony to relax on (with two chairs and a table), all with with stunning views.
As well as stunning views over the Clawford's 78 acres, Clawton and it's church can be seen.
On clear days Bodmin Moor can be seen to the South West.
The two first floor, super deluxe units are Barn Owl & Sky Lark.
Skylark and Barn Owl are lovely Honeymoon suites.
Sky Lark has a Jacobean four poster bed, Barn Owl has a period Rococo Bed.
Both units are very special.
Access to the first floor units is at the rear up a flight of steps.
Ground floor apartments contain two 3' divan beds. They have a patio area to relax in and a double bench seat to relax on, looking out over the Orchards & vineyards.
They have un-interrupted views over Wanda's Lake & Gregory's Lake.
Access to the Ground floor units is at the front of the units.
The large bed/sitting room is based on a typical five star hotel suite.
All unit's have beautiful panoramic views with the vineyard and orchards to the front & side.
Access to the first floor balcony is through the lounge at the front of the unit.
Apartments are equipped with comfortable sofas. Some with high backed leather sofas and some with period sofas, & hand carved Teak/mahogany, reproduction antique furniture.
Including, bedside tables, chair, a dressing table with mirror.
Remote controlled, Widescreen, Color TV's receive both analogue & terrestrial digital TV channels, as well as Digital Radio stations.
The Kitchen/Dining room is fitted out with real wood, Oak units & contains a full size electric oven, a four ring hob, a microwave, an extractor fan, a separate fridge and a freezer.
The dining area contains a table and two chairs.
The fully tiled bath room contains a corner shower, corner toilet and a wash hand basin.
A heated towel rail and a shaver light is included.
The bath room has a halogen down light in the shower, a mirror light and a main central light.
Selected male parties will be accommodated in ground floor units only.
For the safety of the occupants, smoke detectors are fitted in all apartments.
The rear of the units also have breathtaking views over fields and down to the river Claw with a backdrop of the 2,500 acre Holsworthy woods .

Apple Blossom time is usually the last week in May and the first week in June.
At dusk, sit out quietly and watch the Barn Owl hunting in the orchards and fields.
